Other Ways to Donate Phones

Organize your own collection drive! You can collect multiple cell phones in your area (neighborhood, church, workplace, friends and family gatherings, etc.). Then, contact us for pickup (Wood, Wyandot, Seneca, and Sandusky counties only) or ask us to send you free shipping labels to send phones directly to the recycling program to benefit First Step. Please contact us to arrange a pickup date or to request free shipping labels. Free shipping labels are only available for shipments of 10 or more phones. Why not host a corporate collection drive? Designate a cell phone collection date and collect retired cell phones from your employees. You could even collect used cell phones from your customers and make your store or office a collection spot. First Step welcomes participation from corporations in our cell phone collection drive. First Step will pick up the phones (Wood, Wyandot, Seneca, and Sandusky counties only) or your company can send them directly to the recycling programs at no cost. Please contact us to arrange a pickup date or to request labels for free shipping. Note: free shipping labels are only available for shipments of 10 or more phones.
